Operations Supervisor (Other), Bulacan in Bulacan, Central Luzon

Assist senior management in all aspects of the companys operational concerns on a daytoday basis.
Assist in the execution of all corporate plans and objectives and facilitate implementation of policies and procedures.
Act as the frontline solutions provider for issues and concerns that may arise on a daytoday basis.
Candidate must possess at least a BachelorsCollege Degree , any field.
Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Resultoriented, positive attitude and has sense of responsibility.
Must have good coaching and problem solving skills.
Ability to persuade, negotiateand resolve conflict.
Preferably Supervisor 5 Yrs Up Experienced Employees specializing in ManufacturingProduction Operations or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
