JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Head is generally responsible for leading and directing the HR team in the realization of its four major roles in the organization Administrative Expert, Employee Champion, Change Agent and Strategic Partner.
As an Administrative Expert, he oversees and safeguards the prompt, accurate and proactive delivery of HR services such as recruitment, onboarding and retention, training and development, employee relations, performance management and employee offboarding.
He also ensures the timely execution of approved HR initiatives aimed at bringing high employee performance and motivation.
He recommends changes and strategies geared at helping the company in its journey to becoming the employer of choice.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Graduate of Management, Psychology or any related field. Post graduate degree preferred.
With at least five 5 years managerial experience in Human resources
With extensive knowledge of HR areas facets and Labor Code
Specialized knowledge of Recruitment Test administration and interpretation, employee classification and handling, employee relations and discipline
With excellent skills in Oral and Written Communication, Human Relations, Computer MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, screening and interviewing applicants, conflict management, administrative investigation, memorandum writing
Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan
