Dispatch Coordinator, Bulacan in Bulacan, Central Luzon

1. Handles calls and promptly forward them to appropriate person.2. Take orders from Sales Department3. Review and approve Pipe Sales Order, this includes evaluating if the order of the customer is available, a new product that has to be produced or an existing product but not available and has to be produced.4. Issues cash trucking allowance to the driver and his helper.5. Coordinates with Production, Packing and Warehouse personnel about the status stock level of the ordered items, making sure that all concerns are well coordinated.6. Monitoring inventory of certain products, this includesupdating of reservations list.7. Responsible in preparation of Daily and Monthly Consolidated Pipes Inventory Reports.8. Issuance of MSO BIS, PRS, PS and WS.9. Filing documents in a well organized manner, making sure that they are all accessible when needed.10. Rendering administrative and or clerical support to Dispatch Head, Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse ExO.11. Facilitate daily schedule of pickup and deliveries and coordinates transportation under the direction of Head Office Dispatch.12. Gives direction and instruction, assist and supervise trucking drivers and his helper in the daily operations to ensure efficient pickup and delivery of customers order.13. Verify and complete required documentations and reports.14. Perform administrative functions necessary on the daily operations including but not limited to handling out loads, filing, answering phones and copying.
